Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
- Account data: email address, password hash, organization name, optional multi-factor authentication secret.
- Workspace content you provide: Brand Brain documents, CRM contacts and activities, custom agent configurations.
- Operational data: credit ledger entries, run logs, API key hashes, webhook delivery logs, and email delivery records for account emails (verification, password reset).
2. How we use it
To operate your workspace, authenticate you, send account emails, meter credits, and keep the service secure. Workspace content is isolated per organization and is not sold or shared with other customers.
3. Processors
We use infrastructure providers to run the service: hosting (Hetzner, Germany), email delivery (SendPulse), and — when payments are enabled — a payment processor (Stripe) that handles card data directly; we never store full card numbers.
4. Cookies
The product uses only essential storage needed to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers are used on the app pages.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data via the contact above. Organization owners can also erase their entire workspace immediately, themselves, from the product settings: this permanently deletes the organization, its users' memberships, Brand Brain content, CRM data, runs, keys and webhook logs, and the product shows exactly what was removed. Account deletion is subject to legal retention duties for billing records.
6. Retention and security
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes; email action links use single-use hashed tokens. Data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request as described above.
