Terms of Service

1. The service
LazyAIagent Workforce OS provides AI-assisted sales, support and content workflows ("AI employees"), a Brand Brain knowledge base, CRM and related tools. The service currently operates in Simulation mode: AI employees research, analyse and draft, but do not send messages or take external actions on your behalf. Any change of operating mode will be announced in the product and requires your explicit opt-in where the product asks for it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Enable multi-factor authentication where offered. One account represents one organization workspace; access is isolated per organization.
3. Credits and plans
Work is metered in credits reserved per task and refunded if the task fails or is cancelled; reviewing drafts is free. Plan volumes are published on the Plans page; prices, when published, apply from the moment of publication. Paid features, when enabled, are billed through our payment processor under its terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, unsolicited bulk messaging, deception, or to infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for the content you upload to your Brand Brain and for having the rights to use it.
5. AI output
AI-generated drafts and analyses may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them externally. Scores and findings are informational and are not guarantees of any business outcome.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the preceding three months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
